Shipping policy

Gelousy ships with UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx.  We will choose the shipping method unless you specify which carrier to use.  If you specify we will charge you the current listed rate of shipping instead of any free or flat rate shipping options.

Once your order leaves our facility, ownership of the order transfers to you.  That means we are no longer responsible for it and have no control of it.  We are not responsible for any loss, delay, damage, theft, etc.  We insure some orders.  If your order is insured and we can successfully make a claim, we will ship you a replacement product or give you store credit at our discretion.  Replacement or credit is at our sole discretion.

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, except by prior arrangement.  Stated transit time for your order is an estimate. They do not include our turnaround times which average 3 business days or less.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
