Please read and follow these instructions.
- Do not mail us your dryer before you purchase the repair on this page.
- Dryers received without purchasing a repair will be considered abandoned and will be recycled.
- We do not accept checks as payment. If we recieve your dryer with a check in the box, we will destroy the check and consider the dryer abandoned. We will not be able to return it to you.
- If you purchase a repair and we do not receive your dryer within 30 days, your repair will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
If you purchased your Silence HP less than a year ago please call 602-493-9043 xt 102 for warranty service.
If it was more than a year ago, please continue:
Silence HP hair dryers come with a 1-year warranty and a lifetime warranty on the motor. When we receive your dryer if the problem is with the motor, we will refund your service charge.
If your Silence HP was purchased over a year ago, please do the following steps:
1. Purchase the repair here. The shipping charge is to return the dryer to you after it has been repaired. When you checkout please fill in the "add a note to your order" box with what is wrong with the dryer. Confirmation will be e-mailed to you.
2. When you ship it, we recommend insuring it in case it is lost or damaged. Pack your Silence HP well and send it to:

3. We will repair, clean and refurbish your Silence HP and return it to the shipping address you have provided.
